Shipping & Delivery
When can I expect my order? Most of our customers receive their packages within 6–15 business days. We take 1–3 business days to carefully hand-pack and verify your order before it hits the road.
How do I keep an eye on my package? Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or text. It usually takes 24–72 hours for the carrier to update the tracking link with the latest status.
Do you ship outside the USA? Currently, we focus exclusively on our customers within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Payments & Billing
What ways can I pay? We keep it flexible. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
What currency will I be charged in? All orders are processed in USD ($).
My payment didn't go through—help! Usually, this is a quick fix. Double-check that your billing address matches your card's records, or try a different payment method. If the issue persists, your bank might be blocking the transaction for security.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your "Easy Return" policy? If you aren't in love with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send it back. We just ask that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange? Email us at support@tilxe.com with your order number. We will send you the instructions and the return address to make the process as smooth as possible.
Are there any hidden fees for returns? None at all. Tilxe does not charge restocking fees. You are only responsible for the return shipping cost if you simply changed your mind.
Troubleshooting Issues
My tracking says "Delivered," but it is not here. Wait about 24–48 hours as carriers sometimes scan packages early. Check with neighbors or your front desk first. If it still hasn't appeared, reach out to the carrier and then email us so we can help track it down.
I received the wrong item—what now? Our apologies. Please send a photo of the item you received to support@tilxe.com along with your order number. We will prioritize sending out the correct item immediately at no extra cost to you.
