You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@tilxe.com.

  • If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • If the order has already entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to follow our Refund and Return Policy.

Payment Declines

If your payment is declined, please:
